Torrid Lingerie Review

You can find lingerie for most people in popular stores, but if you are a plus size person, then your choices are harder to find.

There is a popular lingerie store that most people think of, but when I went to look for a bra, they had my size, but I could only get it online. Now if you’re like me, I need to try on my clothes before I can purchase them. I sometimes buy from places you can’t try on, but they must have a great return policy.

You can sometimes find lingerie in popular stores that have plus size options, but they are usually not flattering. I’d rather wear nothing than be uncomfortable not feeling confident. However, if you are addicted to lingerie like I am, you want something that makes you feel beautiful and sexy. I’m known to buy lingerie when I feel sad, happy, or as a treat. I’ve actually had to cut myself off from buying more lingerie because my closet and drawers couldn’t contain them anymore.

Now, let’s get to why you are reading this article. Torrid, what do I think of their lingerie? I will say this, overall I like them. I feel that their clothing has shifted and it’s not really my style anymore, but sometimes I can find something that speaks to me. The quality is average. It’s not poor, but if you want something that looks expensive or with high end material, you’re not going to get that from them.

I will say that their lingerie is more comfortable than other stores that I have bought from. I can still feel it on me, but you don’t feel irritated wearing it and they leave me minimal red marks after taking it off. An issue I have with their lingerie is that it seems to favor people with smaller breasts, because of that, I find a lot of their bras and bodysuits too small to wear, which is a shame because the rest fits nicely.

I also want to clarify that what I am talking about is not their individual bras and panties, but the sets or bodysuits that are made to wear for short periods of time.

I’ve never worn their bras or underwear that are made for everyday use.

My overall opinion is that although for the most part I like the way they fit and feel, I feel that the styles are limited. However, because there are few options for people who are plus size, I think they are an ok option to buy from. Something they offer that online stores don’t, is that they have a dressing room where you can try on either when you shop in store or you have the option to ship your clothes to the store and then try it on there.

Will I buy more lingerie from them? Yes. Also, will I keep looking for other options? Yes.
